NHPQC has built a network of coalitions to support community driven perinatal health improvement that ensures optimal health for all. This summit brings together a broad range of PQC members from hospitals, communities, and pregnant and parenting families to celebrate progress made this past year and chart the path forward.
You’ll learn best practices for effective community coalition work, engage with maternal health champions from across New Hampshire, and build meaningful connections with others dedicated to supporting ideal birth conditions for everyone.
