Statewide Network

New Hampshire Perinatal Quality Collaborative

The NHPQC represents a statewide network working collaboratively towards improving maternal and infant health care and outcomes in our state.

Opportunities

Quality Improvement

NH Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health (NH AIM)

NH AIM and the Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health (AIM) is a quality improvement initiative to support best practices to improve maternal health outcomes. AIM offers online resources, technical assistance, webinars, and learning series.

Mental Health Support

NH Mom Hub

Connects mothers and healthcare providers to compassionate, evidence-based mental health support. NH Mom Hub helps families navigate mental health support statewide through warmline talk/text support, peer mentoring, targeted local referrals, and follow-up.

Multidisciplinary Collaborative

NH Perinatal Substance Exposure Collaborative

A multidisciplinary space for collaboration and resource sharing, and to identify and support activities aiming to serve the needs of those impacted by perinatal substance exposure in New Hampshire.

Peer Support

Perinatal Peer Workers in Recovery Support Group

Closed group session for peer support workers with lived recovery experience, offering a confidential space to talk through the unique challenges of doing this work while also managing one’s own personal recovery journey.

Learning Series

Perinatal Peer Worker Learning Series

Monthly learning series for peer workers including doulas, peer support workers, peer mental health navigators, recovery navigators, community resource specialists, and community health workers working in perinatal and maternal health settings.

  • Monthly meetings, 2nd Friday of each month, 2–3:30 PM
Open Consultation

Perinatal Provider Peer Consultation Group

Free, open group for anyone working with families during the perinatal period—therapists, midwives, doulas, nurses, lactation consultants, care coordinators, and others supporting clients through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and loss. The format is informal and collaborative—bring cases, questions, or come to listen and learn from other professionals in the field.
