Thank you to those of you who attended the 2nd Annual NHPQC Maternal Health Summit last Thursday. We had attendees from many aspects of maternal care including the patient and family network, clinical providers, community services, and policy influencers. We networked, collaborated, and learned about best practices for effective community coalition work to drive change. It has been truly inspirational to see all the growth, collaboration, and progress between our NHPQC Launch last March and this year’s event.
We owe much our development and progress to the feedback that has come in from our many partners around the state. We hope that you can take a few minutes to fill out this survey to reflect on your experience with the NHQPC in its first year and sell us about your Summit experience so we can make next years’ experience even better.
